When I try to log in on the Switch it says, 'Pokemon Home is currently in use on another device! The software is currently in the middle of important operations, so you can't log in now on this device.' Then it too loops back to the start screen. I have tried everything I can think to try. To claim the Pokemon, open the mobile version of Pokemon Home, tap on the menu button on the bottom of the screen, and select Mystery Gift. You'll find the special Melmetal waiting in your Gift Box.
